Jun 1, 2009 by cikgu zaifulAffirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire.
Imagine that you are swimming with your friends in a swimming pool. They swim fifteen rounds, something you have never done before, and desiring to win the respect of your friends, you want to show them that you can make it too. You start swimming, and at the same time keep repeating in your mind, “I can do it, I can do it…”. You keep thinking and believing that you are going to complete the fifteen rounds. What are you actually doing? You are repeating positive affirmations.
More than often, people repeat in their minds negative words and statements concerning the situations and events in their lives, and consequently bring upon themselves undesirable situations. Words and statements work both ways, to build or destroy. It is the way we use them that determines whether they are going to bring good or harmful results.
Often, people repeat negative statements in their minds, without even being aware of what they are doing. Do you keep thinking and telling yourself that you cannot do something, that you are too lazy, lack inner strength or that you are going to fail? Your subconscious mind accepts as true what you keep saying, and eventually attracts corresponding events and situations into your life, irrespective whether they are good or bad for you, so why not choose only positive statements?
Affirmations program the mind in the same way commands and scripts program a computer. They work in the same manner as creative visualization. The repeated words help you focus your mind on your aim, and automatically build corresponding mental images in the conscious mind, which affect the subconscious mind. The conscious mind, the mind you think with, starts this process, and then the subconscious mind takes charge. By using this process consciously and intently, you can affect your subconscious mind and thereby transform your habits, behavior, mental attitude and reactions, and even reshape your external life.
Sometimes results appear quickly, but often more time is required. Depending on your goal, sometimes you might attain immediate results, and sometimes it might take days, weeks, months or more. Getting results depends on several factors, such as the time, focus, faith and feelings you invest in repeating your affirmations, on the strength of your desire, and on how big or small is your goal.
It is important to understand that repeating positive affirmations for a few minutes, and then thinking negatively the rest of the day, neutralizes the effects of the positive words. You have to refuse thinking negative thoughts, if you wish to attain positive results.
How to Repeat Affirmations
It is advisable to repeat affirmations that are not too long, as they are easier to remember. Repeat them anytime your mind is not engaged in something in particular, such as while traveling in a bus or a train, waiting in line, walking etc, but do not affirm while driving or crossing a street. You may also repeat them in special sessions of 5-10 minutes each, several times a day.
Relax any physical, emotional or mental tension while affirming. The stronger the concentration, the more faith you have in what you are doing, the more feelings you put into the act, the stronger and faster will be the results.
Choose only positive words, describing what you really want. If you desire to lose weight, do not tell yourself “I am not fat” or “I am losing weight.” These are negative statements, bringing into the mind mental images of what you do not want. Say instead, “I am getting slim” or “I have reached my right weight”. Such words evoke positive images in the mind.
Always affirm in the present tense, not the future tense. Saying, “I will be rich”, means that you intend to be rich one day, in the indefinite future, but not now. It is more effective to say, and also feel, “I am rich now”, and the subconscious mind will work overtime to make this happen now, in the present.
The power of affirmations can help you to transform your life. By stating what you want to be true in your life, you mentally and emotionally see and feel it as true, irrespective of your current circumstances, and thereby attract it into your life.

- Wealth is pouring into my life.
- I am sailing on the river of wealth.
- I am getting wealthier each day.
- My body is healthy and functioning in a very good way.
- I have a lot of energy.
- I study and comprehend fast.
- My mind is calm.
- I am calm and relaxed in every situation.
- My thoughts are under my control.
- I radiate love and happiness.
- I am surrounded by love.
- I have the perfect job for me.
- I am living in the house of my dreams.
- I have good and loving relations with my wife/husband.
- I have a wonderful and satisfying job.
- I have the means to travel abroad, whenever I want to.
- I am successful in whatever I do.
- Everything is getting better every day.

Yang tidak berpelajaran tinggi
Habis belajar keluar universiti dapat kerja bagus
Gaji besar, rumah besar, kereta besar
Bangganya ibu dan bapa mereka
Mereka ini menjadi kelas pertengahan pada masa itu
Mereka agak mewah dan ada kedudukan dalam masyarakat
Pendedahan dan ilmu pengetahuan mereka agak luas
Begitulah peranan ilmu dan hasilnya
Bagi golongan yang kurang bernasib baik pula
Peluang mereka berbeza
Ada yang belajar hingga darjah 6 sahaja
Ada yang tidak minat bersekolah
Ada juga anak lelaki yang membantu ayah mereka bekerja
Ada anak perempuan yang tidak digalakkan bersekolah
Anak perempuan tolong buat kerja rumah
Tolong jaga adik, memasak, mengemas rumah
Ada juga anak perempuan bersekolah sampai darjah 6
Apa sebab berlaku begini keadaannya?
Mereka sebenarnya tiada kemampuan perbelanjaan
Bilangan anak yang ramai hingga 10 orang atau lebih
Ditambah dengan keadaan pemikiran pada masa itu
Kesempitan hidup menghalang mereka ke sekolah
Kesempitan hidup sebagai alasan
Mungkin juga pemikiran adalah puncanya
Pentingnya ibu bapa mempunyai ilmu pengetahuan
Dan pemikiran yang luas
Ibu bapa perlu meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan berkenaan keperluan dan perkembangan semasa
Dengan itu mereka dapat membimbing dan memberi panduan
Bagi golongan yang berpendidikan tahap ijazah,
Pembacaan dan penerokaan ilmu perlu diteruskan
Bacalah buku-buku ilmiah dan perkembangan diri
Tingkatkan potensi diri atau pembangunan diri
Ikuti kursus pembangunan diri atau kemahiran tertentu
Ibu bapa sekarang yang tidak berpelajaran tinggi
Anak-anak mereka mesti jadi lebih baik
Mereka boleh menasihat atau membimbing anak
Syaratnya mereka ada ilmu pengetahuan yang cukup
Ramaikah yang membaca meningkatkan ilmu?
Ramaikah yang menghadiri kursus pembangunan diri?
Perlu diadakan kursus kepada penoreh getah, operator kilang, buruh am, kerani, pekebun, nelayan, peniaga kecil, surirumah sepenuh masa,
Kursus atau seminar wajib kepada ibubapa setiap tahun.
Untuk melahirkan warganegara berketrmpilan

MLM Training: Beat Your Competition With This MLM Prospecting Tip By Tim Sales
Februari 21, 2009 by cikgu zaifulYou’ve been building relationships all your life, but now the livelihood of your MLM business depends on it. Read on to learn some of the best techniques to quickly build a relationship with your prospect, that will foster trust, familiarity and mutual respect. These techniques are a must if you are looking to grow your MLM business.
You make yourself distinguished in network marketing (and any business for that matter) by knowing your prospects. This also shows that you are “interested in them.”
I have found that prospects are most willing to give out the majority of their information, such as cell phone number, hours they work, the pattern of their week, personal likes/dislikes, their family, etc., in the first two times you talk to them. This information is what you use to build a relationship with them. But you have to earn the right to ask for this additional information.
Early in the prospecting cycle, get as much information as you can; it may be more difficult to get the information later on. Why? Because early on it’s just the two of you talking and getting to know one another; no other person has interfered and said anything negative about your MLM business or you. Very often, as time progresses, other people make comments that can cause your prospect to hesitate.
Here is the type of information you want on the first or second call:
• Phone number (home and cell)
• Email address
• Hours that they are at work
• Hours that they are at home
• When is their private time; anytime which you shouldn’t call?
• What is the pattern of their day, week, etc.?
• Children’s name(s)
• What spouse does professionally
• Hobbies and interests
You can also ask for more personal information. If you find out the person’s hobby is golf, write down: Bob likes golf. If during the conversation you hear a baby crying in the background, ask something like, “How old is your child? Boy or girl? Oh, what is her name?” You shouldn’t sound like you’re interrogating, but like you’re truly interested. There’s a difference.
Each prospect is different; listen carefully and know when you are pushing too hard. If you’re someone who follows my training, this may sound a lot like Communication Quality #4 in Professional Inviter: “Use the right amount of assertiveness.”
You are being too aggressive with prospects if you outright say, “What’s your cell phone number?” Your prospect will feel uncomfortable, and probably won’t give that information to you if you approach them this way.
But let’s suppose you went through a good greeting and qualifying step, and you find out what your prospect wants; so you invite them to a meeting, or to watch a video about your MLM business.
Here is an example of earning your right to ask for more information: you say, “There’s a video you need to see that can solve this. It explains a lot about what you want.” Give information about how they can watch the video.
Then say, “When would be a good time for us to talk after you’ve looked at it?” That prospect says, “Tomorrow at 3:00 p.m.” And you say, “Then I’ll call you tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. What is the best number to reach you at?” Very often they will give you their cell phone number as an alternative number. You wouldn’t be too assertive if you asked for additional information like this.
When you’re going to meet with them, you could also say, “Let me give you my cell number just in case we can’t find each other.” Give your number then ask, “Do you have a cell number?”
During your first greeting, you can (and I recommend it) ask things like, “What’s your typical day like?” or, “Do you have any days off during the week?”
The bottom line is to find out about THEM and what THEY like to do, and then use that information to build a common ground. This is what it means to be “interested” and not “interesting.” Once you have this information, it will be much easier to determine if the person qualifies for your MLM business.
Building good relationships isn’t hard; we’ve been doing it all our lives. Just learn to approach your prospect as you would with anyone else you want to build a personal relationship with, and this too will become second nature.

Network Marketing’s Greatest Gift By Robert T. Kiyosaki

Hint: It’s Not the Products or the Income
After retiring in 1994, financially free at the age of 47, I began to research the network marketing industry. Whenever someone invited me to a presentation, I would go, just to hear what they had to say. I even joined a few—but not necessarily to make more money. I joined in order to take a long, hard look at the positives and negatives of each business.
After working my way through masses of wannabes, hustlers and dreamers, I began to meet the leaders of some of these businesses. The ones I met were some of the most intelligent, kind, ethical, moral and professional people I have met in all my years of business. Once I got over my own prejudices and met people I could respect and relate to, I found the heart of the business.
I am often asked, “If you did not become rich and famous from a network marketing business, why do you recommend people get into the business?”
It is because I did not gain my fortune from network marketing that I can be perhaps a bit more objective about industry and its real value—a value that goes beyond the potential of making a lot of money.
It’s Not the Money
“We have the best compensation plan.”
I often heard this comment when I was investigating different network marketing companies. People anxious to show me their business opportunity would tell me stories of people making hundreds of thousands of dollars a month because of the business. I have also met people who really do make hundreds of thousands of dollars a month from their network marketing business, so I don’t doubt the massive earning potential of network marketing.
The lure of making a lot of money draws many people into the business. Yet I do not recommend looking into a network marketing business primarily for the money.
It’s Not the Products
“We have the best products.”
This is the second most emphasized benefit I was presented with in my investigation of different network marketing companies. In fact, I was completely taken by surprise by how many products and services are delivered through network marketing systems.
As my search went on, I found network marketing businesses that offered:
Consumable home care products; telephone services; real estate; financial services; Internet Web sites; Internet market distribution, selling at discount just about everything that Walmart and K-Mart sells; health care products; jewelry; tax services; educational toys…
… and the list goes on.
At least once a month, I hear about a new network marketing company with a new twist on products or compensation plan. I join some because I want the product or service they offer. But product or compensation plans are not the main reason I encourage people to look into a network marketing business.
It’s the Education
The number one reason I recommend a network marketing business is for its system of education.
One problem I had in business school was that many of the teachers had no real-life business experience. In network marketing, the people at the top who teach have to be successful in the real world—or they wouldn’t be at the top. In the world of traditional business schools, you don’t have to be successful in the real world of business to teach business. Maybe that’s why the instructors in the traditional business education don’t earn as much as some of the instructors in network marketing education.
Some of the more important real-life business subjects that network marketing companies teach include:
An attitude of success; leadership skills; communication skills; people skills; overcoming personal fears, doubts and lack of confidence; overcoming fear of rejection; money management skills; investing skills; accountability skills; time management skills; goal setting; systemization.
The successful people I have met in the network marketing business have developed all these skills from their network marketing training programs.
Do Your Homework
Your job is to invest the time to look past the compensation plan and products and really look into the heart of the company to see if it is truly interested in training and educating you.
That takes more time than just listening to a three-hour sales pitch and looking at colorful product catalogues. To find out how good their education really is may require that you get off your couch and invest some time going to their training and education functions. If you like what you hear, take some time to meet the people who do the educating and training. That’s what I did—and what I found impressed me.
Look carefully: most network marketing companies say they have great education plans, but I found that many did not have the great education and training systems they claimed: the only training was a recommended book list—then they focused on training you to recruit your friends and family into the business. But there are many network marketing companies that do have excellent education and training plans—in my opinion, some of the best real-life business training I have seen anywhere.
Regardless of whether or not you reach the top of the network marketing system or make much money, the training is of great value for the rest of your life. If the educational plan is good, it can improve your life for the better—and maybe forever.

Tim Sales on MLM Training: 29 Characteristics Of An MLM Leader

1. A network marketing leader doesn’t wait until he/she gets a large group before becoming a leader. It can’t work that way, because you would never get the large group if you’re waiting to be a leader first! Nor does the leader wait until they feel they possess the knowledge to lead; rarely they do. My observation is that leaders select themselves by taking on responsibility (the total reason something happens or doesn’t happen), rather than just the desire to lead. Want to be a leader? Go grab enough responsibility that it makes you feel like quitting every day; then don’t quit. Congratulations, that’s LEADERSHIP. From that basis there are many other attributes you can develop.
2. At events, the leader arrives early and reserves chairs for their entire group in the front row. Yes, there are normally only two front rows (left and right). If you’re in the 2nd or 3rd row, you’re still considered a leader. I spent five years getting up earlier than anyone else to make sure that my group had the front row. What I’ve found is that there are very rarely more than two leaders in any room; please understand what I mean by this. Once a person gets to a certain level of success, they will stop doing these simple leadership things because of ego. They suddenly become “too knowledgeable” to sit and listen to a speaker that has less time in the MLM business than them. If you remain humble and hungry the world is yours. So is the front row,by the way.
3. A true leader realizes that there is a difference between being a leader and being a leader of people. More on this later.
4. Network marketing “works” under many conditions, but when those relationships between you and your organization become tight and an “esprit de corps” is created, there’s nothing like it. I do mean nothing.
5. Appearance is impeccable. Even in jeans.
6. A leader “appears” organized: much like ducks cruising smoothly across the water, however, no one sees or knows how radical and out of control their feet are pedaling.
7. Leaders of people treat their people with respect. Respect means you have a good opinion of their character or ideas. Simply put, you are interested in your people, their ideas, their complaints, their fears, their successes; THEM!
8. As a leader, you develop or find five “Top Producers.” Devote yourself to them. Find three qualities that you like about each person. Write those in your day planner. Review them frequently, thinking of how you can help bolster one of those attributes. Bolstering an attribute can be many things: from a good verbal acknowledgement; to giving a telephone headset to someone as a gift who is working hard at making calls; to being their friend when they have a personal crisis.
9. New leaders are let down often by those they devote themselves to. Why? Because you selected the wrong person to devote yourself to. You only get good at character choosing with experience. Track record is really the only place to look first. What has the person been doing with their time; and what does the person do with his or her time? People are what they spend their time doing. Most great leaders begin in a hole and are mad about being there. Of highest concern is whether or not the person has been advancing. If they’re not, it might take a lot of work on your part; perhaps more work than you’ve already been doing. Every person who’s ever had the tough decision of choosing between lose two or lose one knows that this is one of the toughest decisions in life. Albeit controversial, do not sink yourself if doing so won’t save your mate. Cut away when you feel you’re being pulled under. If you help “able” people, they will help more people. If you try to help an unable person, they may sink you on their way down.
10. The network marketing leader organizes MLM training sessions and gets the product or service “specialist” in front of their group; whether it’s in person, on a conference call or on an audio or video. Example: your company carries a nutrition line created by Dr. Whoever. He specializes in human nutrition, and created an ingredient that is in your products that is truly unique. The leader will somehow get that doctor on a conference call with his or her group to raise their belief in the products.
11. A network marketing leader always gives “back” more. Example: let’s say that there’s a foul-up in processing distributor agreements in your downline. You get the distributors on the phone with a customer service rep that handles the situation. You know that that customer service rep really worked hard to help the situation. Yes, it’s their job, BUT, the leader will send that customer service rep a bag of M&M’s or flowers or something to say “thank you for going above the call of duty.” What do you think that customer service rep will do for your group now? Just about anything.
12. The leader climbs the ladder and finds out who the decision makers are at the company, and gets to know them but never bugs them. This is positioning yourself so that opportunity can see you. This is different than you seeing opportunity. Suddenly you find yourself speaking at the convention…hmm, I guess it was just luck. Yeah, right!
13. At the company conventions, the leader will introduce the corporate staff to their organization and vise versa. Even the order takers! Take the time to do this because it creates a sense of belonging for both the corporate staff as well as the distributors. Imagine the difference when a biochemist for a company has met 100 real people with dreams and passions about selling his/her product. Do you think that creates a stronger passion for the biochemist to create better products? Absolutely. All of this “belonging” and “passion” was created because of your leadership.
14. A leader in network marketing is the switchboard of information and communication. They’re not “in the loop.” They ARE the loop.
15. A leader can always be reached by fax, email and/or phone. Returned communication will occur in less than 24 hours. If that’s not a possibility, the message will indicate that it might be longer.
16. A leader never exposes weakness and fear to their organization. Some view me as being “inhuman” or robotic on this. What I mean by this is that the leader must always maintain their certainty about both the business opportunity and the MLM training system. I’ve never met a person in my life that doesn’t have fears and weaknesses. If you’ve got fears or doubts about your company, get over them or get out. Fly to the company today and get your concerns handled. Come back and be a rock for your group. I guarantee they’ll follow you. Conversely, share with them your little uncertainties and they’ll be so relieved that you’re “human”…and they’ll also find another leader to follow.
17. Recognizing that everyone is growing, a leader never invalidates the efforts of anyone in his or her organization. One person brings six guests to a meeting, another brings two, and the third brings none. The leader is able to notice that person number three is there, which might have been a major growth step for them. So instead of criticizing them for not bringing a guest, they praise them for being there.
18. The leader is always searching for and praising something about his or her people. “Little babies love praise, but grown men will die for it.” Men in battle will risk their lives for a 1″x1″ ribbon they pin onto their shirt above their left chest pocket. They wear this ribbon for the world to see. Forgo praise and you’ve missed out on the most powerful tool in your leadership arsenal. Praise for things they’ve yet to do, and you’ll create a person who withdraws from the group because you made them a fake.
19. If you share this list with your group, share whose content it is. If you don’t, you will also be guilty of the last sentence of item #18: seeking praise, respect, fame, etc. for what you didn’t do; makes you feel like a fake.
20. A leader uses and teaches new technologies in their organization; but only if it truly works. Don’t drive your organization down dead ends.
21. Leaders are ethical examples. If you “sneak” your people past the registration table, you’ve just ruined their perception of you. They can never trust you and they shouldn’t. You’ve got one shot at doing this right.
22. A leader creates alliances with needed national and international (if applicable) groups to ensure their group has support and representation. If no group exists, build it.
23. Leaders are more concerned about the growth of their people than the growth of their bonus check. Focus on the growth of your people; your bonus check will take care of itself.
24. A leader never says what they can get others to say. Example: my company calls and says, “We’d like you to speak at the company convention.” I accept graciously and then ask “Would it be possible for me to include a new leader named _________? They’re a good speaker and I would love to share the stage with them.” See, a leader wants his or her people to be leaders.
25. A leader never, ever speaks ill of anyone; even if they deserve it.
26. A leader acknowledges other leaders in the room. “We are honored to have in the room with us Mrs. 77. She conducts business meetings in the 44 area.”
27. A leader doesn’t get bent out of shape because they don’t get a return phone call from the corporate office; or the upline! More than once I’ve sent pizza to a department with special instructions to the delivery person telling them to say, “This pizza has already been paid for by Tim Sales. He asks only that after enjoying the pizza that you call him at 555-3797.” Everyone laughs and guess what? You get a phone call with the right tone in their voice for getting something done. Anyone can complain; they’re used to that. A leader finds amusement in creating more effective forms of communication.
28. A leader has a crystal clear vision about their network marketing company and where they’re taking it. If the company doesn’t have something, they don’t complain, they figure out how to convince the company to get it.
29. A leader, after reviewing this list, will print it out and do at least one item everyday.

Mungkin ramai yang bercita-cita untuk bekerja sebagai jurutera, doctor, peguam, usahawan dan lain-lain apabila ditanya oleg guru semasa di sekolah rendah. Cita-cita untuk menjadi apa… berbeza dengan makna menentukan perjuangan hidup seseorang.

Ibubapa atau penjaga berperanan memberitahu anak-anak mereka berkenaan apakah yang akan mereka perjuangkan dalam kehidupan… perlu dimulakan sejak awal lagi supaya anak-anak mempunyai arah tuju yang positf dan bernilai tinggi… ibubapa boleh memberi panduan kepada anak-anak mereka menentukan perjuangan hidup yang terbaik…
Fokas kepada perjuangan hidup ini bakal menghasilkan insan-insan positif..hebat dan berketrampilan… mereka tidak lalai dan leka dengan aktiviti negative yang bertentangan dengan peraturan sekolah. Masalah disiplin sekolah dapat dikawal.
Pelajar atau remaja hanya melakukan aktiviti yang bolah membantu mencapai perjuangan hidup mereka. Mereka pasti tidak melakukan sesuatu yang boleh menggagalkan perjuangan hidup mereka…

MERENTAS DESA; DAYA TAHAN FIZIKAL DAN MENTAL PELAJAR.

Larian merentas desa adalah acara tahunan setiap sekolah. Larian merentas desa tidak sama dengan larian acara pecut 100m atau 200m. Jarak larian merentas desa hingga sejauh 5km. Maka strategi yang sesuai perlu digunakan oleh pelajar.
Acara larian merentas desa ini mengajar dan mendidik para pelajar nilai daya tahan fizikal dan mental. Hanya pelajar yang mempunyai daya tahan fizikal dan mental yang tinggi mampu mencapai kejayaan. Amatlah rugi jika ramai pelajar yang hanya menghabiskan 80% acara ini dengan berjalan saja.
Nilai daya tahan fizikal dan mental dari acara larian merentas desa ini boleh digunakan dalam kehidupan pelajar sekarang dan masa hadapan. Mengatasi cabaran dan persaingan melalui trek yang berliku adalah sama dengan perjalanan mencapai kejayaan dalam karier dan bidang keusahawanan.
Nilai daya tahan fizikal dan mental adalah penentu kejayaan seseorang dalam bidang pekerjaan dan keushawanan. Mereka yang mempunyai nilai ini pasti berusaha mengatasi setiap cabaran dan masalah hingga mencapai kejayaan. Mereka tidak mudah mengalah atau putus asa berusaha dan mempunyai keyakinan diri yang tinggi.
